Makes 8 – 10 Servings
1 Can (1 Lb. 14 Oz.) Apricots, Drained
3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe Yellow Cake Mix
½ Cup Chopped Pecans, If Desired
½ Cup (1 Stick) Butter or Margarine, Melted
1 Cup Brown Sugar
Sweetened Whipped Cream
Ice Cream
- Arrange apricots in the bottom of a 9 inch pan.
- Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons brown sugar.
- Bland cake mix, nuts, melted butter and 1 cup brown sugar.
- Mixture will be crumbly.
- Sprinkle over apricots.
- Bake at 350° for 45 – 50 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve warm with sour cream, sweetened whipped cream or ice cream.
